Notes
Operating Systems: It is not recommended that companies use operating systems older than Windows© 2000 Professional.

SQL Server: Comlogik requires that Microsoft© SQL© 2000/2005 Standard Edition be used.

Network: Networks should be equipped with UPS, data back-up capabilities, switch, 100-1000mbps throughout, including network cards. TCP/IP protocols. Cat. 5e network cable.

Hubs: 10/100 Switch hubs are recommended.

Printers: Comlogik recommends the use of laser jet printers with our software. Additionally, Epsons LX-300+dot matrix printers is also recommended and will conform to our preset reporting templates. Comlogik does not recommend ink jet or bubble jet printers. For more information about specific printers, please ask a Comlogik representative.

Remote Communications: Symantec's pcAnywhere© is required for online training and online support from Comlogik. Your computer must also have a modem.
